Congratulations to Greg Merritt, lead trial attorney, and Scott Silbert for their recent trial work on behalf of a severely injured client by securing a $1,136,000 judgment against a municipality for its negligence in failing to properly inspect, maintain and repair a defective street.
Scott Silbert presented a lecture in September of 2008 to trial attorneys entitled “Protecting Assets for Small Office Practicioners” at the Annual Convention for the Louisiana Association for Justice (LAJ). Mr. Silbert is the current Chair of the LAJ Law Office Management Section.
