David Pitre invited to join American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA)

David Pitre was recently selected to join a prestigious national group of civil trial litigators. The American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) is an invitation-only national association of experienced trial lawyers and judges, chosen based upon their reputation for ethics, professionalism and courtroom skill. ABOTA and its members are dedicated to the promotion of the civil jury trial right provided by the Seventh Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. ABOTA membership consists of more than 7,600 lawyers and judges — equally balanced between plaintiff and defense — in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Part of the membership requirements include extensive jury trial experience as lead counsel.
