David Pitre appointed to Mississippi Code of Judicial Conduct Study Committee

David Pitre was appointed by Mississippi Supreme Court Chief Justice William Waller to serve on the Mississippi Code of Judicial Conduct Study Committee. The select group of attorneys and judges across the State proposed significant changes based on the ABA Model Code of Judicial Conduct. The Committee’s proposals are currently pending consideration by the Mississippi Supreme Court.
